Our weekend stay was quite enjoyable. the room was very clean, and the yukata outfit and comfortable slippers added a nice touch to the experience. the buffet was delicious, with a good variety of food, including sushi and ramen. We also enjoyed the onsen spa, which had numerous hot baths to choose from.
The staff seemed to have limited English proficiency, which made communication a bit challenging at times. the location was a bit far from the train station and required a taxi or other transportation to reach.

Spent New Year's Eve at a hotel with comfortable beds and clean rooms. The authentic Japanese-style tatami mats and hot spring bath were enjoyable features of the hotel. Conveniently located near a tram station and a park for morning walks.
The hotel lacked WiFi and had poor ventilation in the bathrooms. The breakfast buffet was also limited in options.
